BRECHFAST DEAL — Official Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

The promotion “BRECHFAST DEAL” (hereinafter “the Promotion”) is organised by BRECHDAN LTD, trading as BRECHDAN Café,

address: 49 Stepney Street, YMCA Building, Unit 3, Llanelli, SA15 3YA, United Kingdom.

The Promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable UK consumer protection law.

2. Purpose

The purpose of the Promotion is to encourage morning visits to BRECHDAN Café by offering a limited-time breakfast set at a special fixed price.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., for a limited time only.

BRECHDAN Café reserves the right to amend or extend the period of the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

Open to all customers purchasing in-store or takeaway during the Promotion hours.
The offer is not available online and does not apply to delivery or third-party platforms (e.g. Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat).
BRECHDAN Café employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
BRECHDAN Café reserves the right to refuse participation in cases of misuse or non-compliance.

5. Offer Details

The BRECHFAST DEAL includes:

Small Salami Focaccia (8 × 8 cm) — freshly baked focaccia with pesto, rocket, burrata, salami, salt and pepper.
Small Latte (250 ml) — made with BRECHDAN coffee beans and semi-skimmed milk.

Price: £5.55 (five pounds fifty-five pence).

The price is fixed and applies equally to all methods of payment.

6. Availability

The Promotion is available only at BRECHDAN Café:

49 Stepney Street, YMCA Building, Unit 3, Llanelli, SA15 3YA.

The offer is valid while stocks last.

All photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only; in case of discrepancy, in-store information prevails.

7. Allergen Information

All products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, nuts, seeds, eggs, and soy are handled.

Cross-contamination may occur despite best efforts.

Staff members can provide detailed allergen and ingredient information upon request.

8. Restrictions

The Promotion applies only to the items listed and substitutions are not permitted.
Extras or modifications (e.g. syrups, alternative milk) are charged separately at standard menu prices.
The offer is not valid on weekends or public holidays, unless stated otherwise.
The Promotion is not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
BRECHDAN Café’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

BRECHDAN Café is committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

BRECHDAN LTD accepts no liability for:

product shortages or supply delays;
printing or typographical errors in advertising materials;
changes to availability due to operational, safety, or technical reasons;
force majeure events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather, transport disruption, strikes, supplier failures).

BRECHDAN LTD’s total liability shall in no case exceed the monetary value of the promotional item purchased.

11. Data Protection

BRECHDAN Café does not collect or store personal data in connection with this Promotion.

Any information voluntarily provided by customers (such as feedback) will be processed in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

12. Legal Status

This Promotion does not constitute a legally binding public offer or contract.

Participation is voluntary and subject to stock availability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
